Change of Mind

In the event you book an Aussie Skip Bags Pickup (service contract), but you simply change your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer you a refund provided that:

                (a) You notify us within 24 hours of booking the pickup service

                (b) If the service has not already been performed and the driver has not already visited the address on the pickup booking service

Partial Refund

In the event you do not comply with the Aussie Skip Bags Terms & Conditions we may, at our discretion, offer you a partial refund.

(a) Exceeding the advertised capacity or weight limits of the Bag booked in for collection.

(b) Failure to place the Bag for clear pickup access or if the collection driver must wait until the access problem is rectified.

(c) Failure to comply with the advertised list of items (waste types) that may be placed in the Bag booked in for collection.

(d) If the collection driver must return for any reason due to the original pickup being unable to be performed.

How To Apply For A Refund/Partial Refund

(a) You may contact us to discuss a refund/partial refund, using the details of the booking as proof of purchase.

(b) We will pay any refunds/partial refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card as was used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise determined in our sole discretion.
