You can dispose of household waste, demolition waste, concrete, soil, rocks, bricks, tiles, garden waste, and appliances.
Tip: If placing soil, rocks, concrete, brick or tiles please be aware that 1m³ of these items can weigh over 1000kg meaning the bag may be overweight & we may not be able to pick it up.

Hazardous materials like liquid waste, asbestos, vehicle batteries, chemicals, medical waste, gas bottles, tyres, mattresses, e-waste and silica dust/grindings, paint or oil cans & Food of any kind are not allowed in the bags.

Please make all reasonable attempts to ensure the Bag is easily Accessible for Removal. The Bag is to be placed with 5 metres of the driveway or kerb and clear of trees and overhead powerlines or obstruction that may hinder the collection of the Bag.

Pick-ups are usually within 4 Business days excluding weekends and public holidays, but you can request a later date if needed. If a pickup date after the 4-day period is required, please enter that date in the “Order Notes ” section at checkout.

Depending on the extent of the overweight we be unable to pick-u the bag. Overweight charges may incur additional charges.
