Please make all reasonable attempts to ensure the Bag is easily Accessible for Removal. The Bag is to be placed with 5 metres of the driveway or kerb and clear of trees and overhead powerlines or obstruction that may hinder the collection of the Bag.

Once full, book a pick-up online or call 1300 568 548. Pick-ups are usually within 4 Business days excluding weekends and public holidays, but you can request a later date if needed. If a pickup date after the 4 day period is required, please enter that date in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
